The Holding is committed to ensuring sustainable operation of the equipment at all EUROCEMENT group plants. Every year during the winter period, large-scale scheduled repairs are carried out at the plants. These measures are aimed at improving the reliability of the equipment and guaranteeing consumers an uninterrupted supply of high-quality products throughout the season.

The funds allocated for the 2020 repair campaign exceeded 5.5 billion rubles. The work was carried out on the main and auxiliary equipment, including the departments of raw material preparation, clinker firing, cement grinding and packaging of finished products. In addition, mining equipment, railway and road transport, energy equipment and ventilation systems were repaired.

All repairs were completed on time and all the necessary preventive and safety measures were taken in accordance with the recommendations of federal and regional authorities.

Each year EUROCEMENT group plants engage the best contractors with proven track record of professional project implementation, including those in other industries. Supervisors from leading foreign equipment manufacturers also take direct part in the repair campaign. When their presence at the site was limited, foreign specialists consulted and participated remotely, using state-of-the-art digital capabilities.

"A conscientious approach to scheduled repairs at EUROCEMENT group plants guarantees high production efficiency, reduces per unit fuel and electricity consumption, and most importantly, ensures that our customers are provided with products of the highest quality and in the required volumes. Stable operation of equipment, machinery and all infrastructure allows EUROCEMENT group to satisfy the demand of the construction complex in full", said Yaroslav Stoupa, Vice President for Production and Technical Development.

EUROCEMENT group pays special attention to ecological and environmental issues. As part of planned repair campaigns, ventilation equipment is replaced and reconstructed at all plants as needed.
