Health and safety of the team are a priority at EUROCEMENT Group. This is why, after WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic, the company introduces extra measures to protect its employees and their families from the infection.

EUROCEMENT Group is making these decisions based on requirements and recommendations of the Russian Government, Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor), and the Government of Moscow. The company also follows closely the reports of international organisations.

Since early March, business trips, both abroad and within the holding's countries of presence were kept to a minimum, and since 23 March all trips were cancelled. In addition to that, all employees were advised to avoid personal trips to regions with unfavourable epidemiological situation and to restrain from going to public places.

Mass events are cancelled, and group events are restricted, including training sessions, conferences, customer meetings, etc. Most interactions were transferred online, using various digital media.

Starting from 23 March 2020, most employees of Moscow divisions of EUROCEMENT Group have been working from home, according to the recommendations of the Mayor of Moscow. At the same time, the Holding ensures integrity of the business flow and efficiency of corporate communications, including interactions with customers, subcontractors, and other partners.

Products of EUROCEMENT Group present strategic importance for the nation's economy and implementation of large-scale state initiatives. In order to provide smooth operation of production facilities and of the group as a whole, subdivisions of the Holding take complex measures to minimise the risk of spreading the virus. Since early March, EUROCEMENT Group has been taking the required prevention measures both in offices and in facilities: regular health check-ups and temperature measurements for employees and subcontractors, air disinfection, antiseptic treatment of operational surfaces, provision of skin antiseptics in toilets, informing employees about safety recommendations
